Vinification

Slow fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. The wine remains in contact with its skins for 35 days, then for 15 months with the lees in barrels of 500 liters and it is then bottled without filtering.

The winery was founded in 1978 and is located west of Corinthos in Peloponnesus. It has 2 vineyards, one in Lalioti and one in Sofiana. About 12 hectares are cultivated with the Moschoudi (Muscat de Patras), Assyrtiko, Mavrodaphne, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Agiorgitiko and Mavrostifo varieties.

Tasting notes
Aromas of citrus fruits, apple and pear. Rich on the palate, hint of minerality, high acidity and noticeable tannins, leading to a long lasting aftertaste.
Pairing
Great combination with fish, seafood, fresh salads and fried food. Best served at 8°-10°C.
