Description

A superbly balanced stone ground and cold pressed organic olive oil. The olives are processed traditionally with granite millstones and hydraulic presses. The oil is bottled unfiltered.

Recommended use

Use to enhance the flavor of dishes. Sprinkle in salads, use as a dip with warm bread.
