Distinctive golden color. Complex aromas of citrus, bergamot and hints of pear, banana, quince, melon and fresh almond. Tasty and a bit oily with a pleasant  acidity.

Pairing

Seafood, poultry and pasta with light sauces. Best at 10°C-12°C.
