Tasting notes

Exotic fruit aromas, balanced nose. Known for its vivid colour with green highlights, rich and complex aroma with hints of mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Rich and juicy in flavour with a long-lasting  finish.

Pairing

Enjoy it with a "fatty" fish, such as salmon with a white sauce. Great combination with goat cheese and dishes that are thick and vegetable based, like risotto with asparagus.
