Pale lemon color with aromas of white flowers and herbs, stone and citrus fruits. Medium body and long, aromatic finish.
Pairing
Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Seafood, oily fish, roasted poultry, risottos, creamy sauces, and green salads. Best served at 10°-12°C.
