Tasting notes
Deep ruby color with aromas of red fruits, herbal notes of spices and hints of tomato leaves. A pleasant acidity, soft tannins and a fruit herbal finish.
Pairing
Excellent with roasted or stewed red meat dishes, tomato pasta, fresh salads and medium-aged cheese.
