Founded in 2016, Moschopolis is a private family vineyard in the village of Monopigado in the district of Thessaloniki. The vineyard has been in operation since 2001 and is located 500 meters above sea level, facing the mythical Mount Olympus.  Over 10 hectares of vines with the following grape varieties: Mavrotragano, Xinomavro, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Assyrtiko and Malagousia. 

 

Tasting notes

Ruby red color with notes of cherry, raspberry, olive and hints of herbs. 

Pairing

Great with sausages, kebab and beef with red sauces. Best served at 16°C.
